Smith, Johnson and their lower order batsmen continued their destruction. This not only ensured that India is beyond its reach of securing a win, but is currently tag ahead of the Test match.
But to me, India is in a new low now and cannot score beyond 300 runs in its 2nd innings, paving Aussies to score the deficit of just 200 runs in its 4th innings.
Also as mentioned in the previous column, Haddins' day is numbered for continued non-performance and we could see Wade back at the helm atleast by the 4th Test match, when the Aussies clinch their rubber.
So, all in all, the same overseas drama continues and the match should be over by 5th day afternoon.
